Reducing plastic waste

Our goal is to keep 5,000+ plastic bottles out of landfills by encouraging the use of water refill stations throughout AT25.

• Reusable water bottles for every AT25 attendee
• Live refill tracking via QR codes to show your positive impact in real time
• A digital dashboard displays cumulative bottles saved—turning awareness into action

Decreasing energy consumption

We’re reducing power usage throughout AT25 by using eco-friendly lighting and displays wherever possible.

• All-LED lighting for reduced energy consumption
• Laser projectors and LED walls in place of traditional lamps, projectors
• Energy-efficient displays throughout AT25

Minimizing waste with sustainable logistics and materials

We’re designing AT25 to generate less waste and rely on smarter, more sustainable materials.

• Local equipment and labor to cut down carbon emissions from transport
• Consolidated shipments and reduced airfreight for a smaller footprint
• Modular staging, scenic elements, and cabling systems designed for reuse across events
• 100% recyclable exhibit and signage materials to reduce environmental impact
• Comprehensive recycling procedures to minimize waste
