Nicolle Galyon is a decorated singer, songwriter, and music executive and one of Nashville’s most successful and respected voices. She has penned 10 No. 1 hits and written songs for Morgan Wallen, Dan + Shay, Camila Cabello, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, and many more. Nicolle’s work earned her the nomination for songwriter of the year by the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) in 2022 and has been recognized for numerous other awards in her tenure on Music Row.
At #AT23, she will share her story about perseverance, breaking barriers, and writing your own future. You’ll get a rare look at what it takes to make it in Nashville and the power of a blank page.
In addition to her songwriting success, Nicolle founded the female-focused company, Songs & Daughters, which encompasses a record label, publishing company, and management. She is an active champion of music education and is heavily involved in the CMA Foundation’s music education initiative.

She has climbed the highest peak on every continent, served as team captain of the first American Women’s Everest Expedition, and skied across the Arctic Circle to the geographic North Pole. Alison exemplifies perseverance and grit.
At #AT23, she will share her inspirational story of overcoming personal challenges that threatened to stand in her way and will leave you inspired to set your sights higher to achieve more than you ever imagined.
Alison spent four years as an adjunct professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point and currently serves on the board and faculty for Thayer Leader Development Group.
