Submission Process
Step 1
Read the 2025 Guidelines and Official Rules and download the Sample Submission Form.
Step 2
Review all Award Categories and Eligibility Criteria. Click “More info” for a complete category description and award criteria and select the one that best represents your nomination.
Step 3
Start Your Nomination Process. Visit the Anthology Catalyst Awards Platform and set up your account and profile. You can then begin filling out the online nomination form. Ensure all fields are completed accurately.
Step 4
Add Supporting Material and Submit Your Nomination. Complete your nomination and upload all supporting materials (work samples, media, or portfolio items) through the awards online platform. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
Step 5
Await Confirmation and Updates. You will be notified via email once your submission has been reviewed for completeness. Updates about nominees, the judging process, and winner announcements will be shared as per the timeline above.

Submissions are evaluated by an internal cross-functional panel of judges who have significant experience and expertise in each category area.

Does the nomination meet the award criteria defined for this category?
Level of innovation demonstrated

Design
Are goals and expected outcomes described clearly and comprehensively?
Structure
Does the description of the process and people involved in the initiative provide a clear understanding of the strategy, activities, and level of institutional commitment?
Impact
Are the results analyzed and presented in easily understood quantitative terms? Are metrics, graphics, and/or data provided to clearly show the magnitude of the impact?
Significance
Can it be considered a best practice for others in the industry?
