Submissions are evaluated by an internal cross-functional panel of judges who have significant experience and expertise in each category area.

Judges evaluate nominations based on:

1. Category criteria

Was the nomination correctly submitted under this category?

Does the nomination meet the award criteria defined for this category?

2. Level of innovation demonstrated

3. Catalyst Awards Rubric:

Design: Are goals and expected outcomes described clearly and comprehensively?

Structure: Does the description of the process and people involved in the initiative provide a clear understanding of the strategy, activities, and level of institutional commitment?

Impact: Are the results analyzed and presented in easily understood quantitative terms? Are metrics, graphics, and/or data provided to clearly show the magnitude of the impact?

Significance: Can it be considered a best practice for others in the industry?
