Determine the Category for your Nomination

Review all Award Categories. Select “More Info” for the complete category description and award criteria and select the one that best represents your nomination. Initiatives can only be submitted in one category. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified in all categories in which they were submitted.

Submit your Nomination

Step 1: Register in the Submissions portal. Once your account is created you will see detailed instructions on how to start your form.

Step 2: Fill out the nomination form. Progress can be saved, so feel free to start and then come back later to complete the form. Submissions must be completed in English.

Step 3: Upload any supporting materials (optional).

Step 4: Submit your nomination.

The submission deadline is Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check your local time here. This date is final and no extensions will be provided. The system will automatically prevent entry submission after the deadline.

Once all submissions are reviewed and validated by the Catalyst Awards Team, all eligible nominees will be notified via email and included in the official list of nominees published on this website.
