Registration cancellation policy

Cancellations received on or before June 6, 2025, in accordance with this Cancellation Policy will be eligible for a refund of the Conference Fee, less 30% of the amount paid due to a Processing Fee. Any cancellations received after June 6, 2025, are not eligible for a refund of any Conference Fees. Cancellations must be submitted via email to together@anthology.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy.

Refunds will be provided based on the type of payment received for the Conference Fee; credit card refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) business days. Anthology reserves the right to cancel any Event-related program at any time and assumes no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred by any Attendee in connection with such cancellation.
